Kyle Dmoch

Associate

Kyle holds two degrees, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Commercial Law from Macquarie University. He has a graduate diploma from the College of Law and is admitted to practice as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.

During Kyle’s legal studies, he received an academic award for achieving first place in Constitutional Law.

Kyle initially worked for Brander Smith McKnight Lawyers as a paralegal and law graduate.  During this time he has been an invaluable asset, assisting lawyers, undertaking extensive legal research and preparing court documents and legal correspondence.  As a result of his excellent legal skills and capabilities he was offered a position as a lawyer and subsequently promoted to an associate with BSM Law.

Kyle is highly experienced in civil litigation and has managed litigation in many courts and tribunals, including the Supreme, District, Local courts and NCAT. He has significant expertise in dispute resolution and has participated in many complex mediations, adjudications, conciliations and informal dispute resolution. Kyle has a broad experience in negotiating and drafting contracts and providing contract advice. He has worked on many high value construction contracts, import and export agreements, supply agreements and intellectual property agreements. Kyle is well respected for providing legal advice that assists clients to achieve their goals that are consistent with their corporate goals and strategy. Kyle has provided advice on a broad range of issues including contract terms, the Corporations Act and the Competition and Consumer Act. He has also advised and assisted clients on compliance and regulation matter including drafting policy for the Privacy Act.

Kyle has developed strong working relationships with a wide range of clients including individuals, small to medium business and large corporation clients.
