Alison Dean

Alison graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts with Distinction. She achieved outstanding academic results.

Since joining Brander Smith McKnight, Alison has worked in the Commercial and Building and Construction teams.  Alison has applied her exceptional knowledge and intellect to assist the more senior lawyers in the firm in a number of complex civil litigation cases involving building and construction and consumer goods acting for both plaintiffs and defendants.  She assists with the research and drafting of legal advices regarding competition law, privacy legislation and unfair contract provisions.

Alison has a passion for her work, has contributed greatly to the team and has received immense satisfaction from achieving excellent results for clients.  Alison applies a rigorous, logical approach to develop strategy and solutions to help address our clients’ issues.
