Aaron Fanous

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science. He has a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law and is admitted to practice as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.

Aaron has worked in our family law team for the past three years. He has a passion for family law and continues the tradition of working hard to finalise family matters outside of court to save our clients financial and emotional stress. He has a proven track record of being a strong advocate for clients achieving excellent resolutions and settlements, generally without the need for expensive litigation. On the occasions that court litigation is necessary, Aaron has excellent knowledge and experience and will fight for your rights in court. BSM has excellent relationships with a panel of highly experienced barristers who specialise only in family law.
