Sara Howe

Sara is a Bachelor of Laws student, currently studying at the University of Wollongong in her penultimate year. She brings her strong interest in contract law, commercial law and litigation to her work at the firm. Throughout her legal studies, she has demonstrated particular aptitude in areas such as remedies, taxation law, consumer protection, evidence law, administrative law and sexual assault law, earning strong academic results, including distinction and high distinction grades on assessable items.

Born in Tuvalu and raised in the regional town of Leeton, Sara brings a diverse perspective and a strong appreciation for the importance of people-focused and practical legal services. Her background has fostered resilience and adaptability, as well as a genuine commitment to supporting clients from all walks of life.

Prior to focusing exclusively on law, Sara also undertook an Arts degree majoring in Psychology as part of her double degree, where she consistently performed at a high standard. This background in Psychology has provided valuable insight into human behaviour, communication, and client-focused problem solving.

Before joining the firm, Sara gained practical experience working in a family law practice. In that role, she developed proficiency in subpoena review and redaction, worked extensively with forensic and evidentiary documents, and managed a broad range of administrative and file management responsibilities. This experience strengthened her attention to detail, organisational skills, and understanding of legal practice.
